A man or woman can study their whole life and they may have studied the wrong things. We can work and labor our whole lives, with efforts, and on matters that do not give us our desired results in the end.
One may believe, wholeheartedly, that fictions in bankruptcy do not have the right to shove an honourable and living man down a railroading process against his will; all while he is active and diligent to show his non-consent to the process.
Don't think for a moment that if you don't participate, and that your first and only reactionary rebuttal is enough to halt their unlawful process. Success is dictated by consistency and regular responses to continuous unlawfulness.
Don't, for a second, think that one act prevents their numerous acts of railroading will stop them from moving you through their private and de facto court system.
Don't, for a moment, believe that they are not going to be able to affect you, to change you, or take from you, your living status, or be unable to bind onto your Estate or your property.
They can, and they do it all the time, every day.
The legal society, as Al Pacino put it in The Devil's Advocate, "grants them access to everything!"
Just because you believe in your soul that you are right, and you may be, it does not manifest the righteous result of your hopes, at open court.
Regardless if you have done your due diligence better in contrast to the 99.99% of people; be they 'sheep'-consciousness, the ones that are so attached to entertainment, sports and distractions... it does not for one moment exclude you, protect you, nor safeguard you, your family, your Estate, or your property from the legal society's habitual trespassing and infringing aspirations.
They will push on through your every denial, your every decline to contract. They've been practicing since the crucifixion of Jesus Christ, their art of deception and lawfare against the innocent and guilty alike. They will levy your equity, your property, and trespass upon your rights with impunity, because none of us were ever properly taught to defend them at law.
Many have said the game is rigged, and truly, it is. But certain principles remain, and if you know how to claim them, and carry them forward, you can seize the day away from victimhood, at the very least in the eyes of the Lord, and that is good enough despite.
Silence is consent. The first to leave the field of battle loses, and those that don't show up to battle, lose before even those that depart.
All the legal industry does is prosecute and press forward upon their own objectives. They know nothing else but procedure and pressing forward against common people.
They know nothing about defending themselves from a claim, because the common people have abdicated responsibility for their personal affairs in favor of entertainment and public servants that make lofty promises upon entering office.
To achieve actual remedy in this adversarial world of complex situations and constantly changing opinions of law, one thing is clear. To truly achieve remedy and satisfaction for causes, YOU MUST PROSECUTE THE WRONGDOERS.
A lawsuit filed.
A claim carried forward, is all any one pays any heed to in this commercial and corrupt society.
Bring it! Carry it out to completion! Be liable for it's truthfulness!
He who claims and holds liability has ALL THE POWER!

No one ever listens to the Defendant or Wrongdoer, as his own and solitary witness.
Start initiating the causes in your favor by becoming the 1st moving party. You become the one holding 1st lien position to get your remedy and satisfaction for everything you lawfully claim to be true.
It is your right, your birthright, and your duty to stand up and be heard.
The God of Israel gave us the voice to be used with honesty and true righteousness.
Make it the beautiful sound of truth, carried to the undisputed tune of justice, until the very closure of your lips.
Do not let a lack of the sound of your voice escape into silence and consent.
Do not slumber on your right to hold man or woman accountable to their oaths, offices, and trespasses.

No one else will do it for you.
